  1. They tapping all these young YouTubers pockets hard with these lies, scams and frauds. They have luxury vehicles to run pranks inside them and do TikTok videos.

  2. Thank you for explaining what CPA exam cover etc….- I am a EA and get the feeling my credential doesn't matter to some folks because I am not a CPA- believe me I see some work done by CPAs and I am in shock!!! Thank you

  3. What type of accountant would you recommend for the average worker making 30-40k per year? Do you have a network of Black Accountants, CPAs, Tax Professionals you would recommend throughout the nation?

  4. There's a big difference between unethical and illegal. I'm not an account or attorney, but I do know that you can start a brand new business based around an automotive Youtube channel that can not be duplicated with leased or rented cars. Then the same G-Wagon becomes both ordinary & necessary to your new business. Stop saying this is illegal because it's not. All laws in the US are written in a way that multiple outcomes can be reached based on the knowledge and understanding one has of these laws. There are no gray areas or loopholes in US tax law, it's all black and white(actual colors not the people). If the law does not specifically say that "blank" is illegal then "blank" is not illegal. Think outside of the box.

  5. Your chanel will take off when u get less repetitive. You make the same point like 3 times in one pause then revisit the same point twice 10 minutes later, this vid could be 15 minutes with some editing

  6. Check all the lines on those documents. The IRS has time to audit regular folks, it doesn’t take that much work. Keep your stuff straight and remember there is no free lunch.

  7. I was thinking the same thing. You can't just go start an LLC and then buy a vehicle because you want it. You should not go to IG and just believe what you see without verifying the information

  8. Man I signed up to be a tax preparer a few years back. I was actually trained to make up a business for people and make certain expenses into write offs. SMH. I never did it. Didn’t feel right. Great video.

  9. JT man i just watched Vlad during a interview with Rick Ross the real Ross state his CPA told him it was possible he could right off a 250k Richard Mille watch….depending on how he wears it. well i guess that could fall under his type of business witch is partial entertainment i guess so the watch could be necessary

  10. I get the premise of the video. Simply put doing those things on that post without having an actual business will not work. But there are other things that you stated that aren’t true as well. If the vehicle is over 6000lbs and is use for business it is deductible period. People get hung up on “luxury” or price and say it’s not ordinary or necessary in the eyes of the IRS which is simply not true. If I have a trucking business and I go out and get a brand new $200,000 Peterbuilt which in the trucking world is considered a “luxury” truck you think the IRS is not going to let me write it off because it’s not necessary I could’ve just got a $20,000 truck. No. No that will not happen. So to summarize if these two statements are true it is deductible. Is it over 6000lbs…yes. Is it used for business…yes. Then it’s deductible.

  11. Now……….

What if you are an LLC hosting cars on Turo. And you buy it and list it at a price too high to be rented? But you have a bunch of other cars on the platform being rented out.
